C. Not support return of goods without reason

D. Quality issue return

  • Once the goods are shipped, returns are generally not supported. In case of quality issues, free replacement parts will be provided to customers for repair and replacement.
  • If returning the goods is indeed necessary and agreed upon, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

E. Additional Instructions for Returns

  • For door-to-door pickup and return method, buyers are requested to provide the exact date and address of the express pickup 2 working days in advance, and please prepare the goods and accessories that need to be returned in advance (Note: Regardless of whether the pickup is successful, the logistics provider will charge for pickups).
  • If you return the goods by yourself, please notify our company one working day in advance, and please provide accurate return information including: name, address, contact number, and email address.
  • Buyers should provide accurate delivery address information. If the parcel fails to be delivered to the warehouse due to an error in the buyer's receipt information, the courier cannot contact the buyer, or the delivery location has access control and other abnormal conditions, Buyers need to bear the cost of restocking.

    If you change any information after the return order is issued, the courier company needs to charge. The re-order fee is 3.5 euros/time (change order is risky, after changing the information, it may not be able to be delivered successfully, please confirm before placing an order. delivery information).

    Any changes made to the return label after it has been generated will incur additional charges from the courier company. The fee for reissuing a label is $4 USD per instance. F. Return Package Notes
  • Buyers need to clean the electric scooter in advance, especially: the frame, handle, front and rear wheels, back cover, etc. After cleaning, please take a clear photo and send it back (If scooter is not cleaned, it will affect the refund amount), Please send it back in its original package.
  • Please return all accessories and manuals, etc.
  • Please print out the return form and paste it on the outer carton (the return form must cover the original delivery express form), and arrange to take pictures of the six sides of the package to prevent abnormal scanning of the express delivery, resulting in the express being returned to the sender midway.
  • If you return the item by sending it to the outlet, the buyer must send the returned item within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the return order and provide the delivery certificate. Our company reserves the right to refuse the buyer's request for a refund if the item is returned overdue.
  • Returns by door-to-door pickup. From the date of confirming that the return requirements are met, the buyer must make an appointment to deliver the parcel to the courier within 7 working days and provide the delivery certificate. Our company reserves the right to refuse the buyer's request for a refund if the package is overdue. If the buyer's time is not enough, it is recommended to use the self-delivery outlet to return.
  • After the returned package is handed over to the courier, please keep the delivery certificate signed by the courier (the second page of the return form), and take a photo and send it back (if you encounter the loss of the package, you need the delivery certificate to claim).
  • Refunds can only be arranged once our company initiates the claims process. Typically, if a package hasn't been delivered within 21 days, we can begin the process of filing a claim for the lost shipment. Approximately one week later, the formal claims process will commence, allowing us to proceed with arranging a refund. (On average, it takes 7-8 months for our company to successfully receive compensation through the claims process, with a success rate of around 50%.) This means that in cases of lost shipments, it may take about a month before compensation can be issued. Your patience during this process is greatly appreciated.

G. After sales terms

  • Slight scratches on the body are not a product quality problem. If the buyer minds, please place the order carefully. After receiving the goods, if the scooter is not used, if the scooter is returned for this reason, it will be handled as "no reason to return", and the cost of return will be borne by the buyer; The refund amount needs to be arranged according to the return of the product. If it affects the secondary sales, the refund cannot be arranged in full.
  • The scooter does not provide a road certificate. Please place the order carefully. After receiving the goods, if the scooter/bike is not used, if you apply for a return for this reason, it will be processed as "no reason to return", and the cost of return will be borne by the buyer.The refund amount needs to be arranged according to the return of the product. If it affects the secondary sales, the refund cannot be arranged in full.
  • During the warranty period, accessories will be provided free of charge, and the buyer will bear the freight and maintenance costs. The product warranty time is as follows: other accessories have quality problems when you sign for receipt, please give feedback within 7 days from the day of receipt, and our company will arrange for free reissue; quality problems overdue need to be charged at buyer's expense.

However, it's important to note that generally, wearable components are not covered unless defects are discovered when the vehicle is not in use. Users are advised to perform regular checks and maintenance as per the maintenance regulations to ensure the vehicle's best performance and safety.

When the courier delivers the package, if the outer packaging is obviously damaged, please ask the buyer to refuse to sign for it. If the buyer signs for the package, it is assumed that there is no problem with the package. If the product is damaged after unpacking, our company cannot make a claim to the logistics company. The relevant losses shall be borne by the buyer.

If the package is found damaged in the case of contactless delivery, please take a picture of the package before unpacking (the damaged part must be clear, and the photo must clearly show the express information), and then take a picture of the product after unpacking. In this case, the claim to the logistics may not be successful. It is recommended that the buyer try not to provide the contactless delivery address.

H. Exemption clause

  1. Damage caused by vehicle modification with non-original accessories is not guaranteed.
  2. Damage caused by violent use or violent destruction is not guaranteed.
  3. Damage caused by traffic accidents, natural disasters, and wars is not guaranteed.
  4. Damage caused by water ingress or soaking in water is not guaranteed.
  5. Damage to parts due to unstable voltage is not guaranteed.
  6. Spare parts that have passed the warranty (warranty) period are not guaranteed.

I. Supplementary Instructions
